The government of Rajasthan through its e-Panjiyan portal offers a market valuation service, which is helpful for property buyers and sellers in estimating fees such as stamp duty and registration charges for their property, apart from getting an approximate value of the property in question.
How is the Market Value of Your Property Calculated?
While calculating the market value of a property, there are 2 broad factors considered: the circle rates of the area and its type (e.g., plot, flat etc), and additional amenities provided such as the presence of a tubewell, parking spaces, among others.
How to Find the Market Value of Your Property in Rajasthan Online?
