How to Search for a RERA Registered Project in Jharkhand Online?
Step 1: Go to the Jharkhand RERA website at https://jharera.jharkhand.gov.in/
Step 2: Scroll down and click on the “Online Registered Projects” option from the Quick Search menu
Step 3: A searchable online list of projects will appear with a list of projects, their RERA IDs and addresses. In order to look for your specific project, you will need to search for it by its name, address, or RERA ID.
Step 4: Upon searching for your project, a variation of the following with matches is returned. To look at the details mentioned of the project that contain the aforementioned information, you would have to click on the “View Profile” option as shown.
Step 5: A variation of the following page is returned. This page contains information on the project and the promoter ranging from key personnel associated with the promoter, and the validity of the project's permit.
